§ 12-62. Disposal of abandoned motor vehicle to demolisher.

The county sheriff's department is authorized to apply to the Texas Department of Transportation for authority to sell, give away or dispose of any abandoned motor vehicle in its possession to a demolisher in accordance with the provisions of Chapt. 683, Tex. Trans. Code, as amended from time to time.
