§ 14-17. Definitions.

For the purpose of this article:

Peddler or solicitor shall mean any person who goes from house to house or from place to place in the city soliciting, selling or taking orders for or offering to sell or take orders for any goods, wares, merchandise, services, photographs or magazines.

Permit board shall mean the corporation permit board created by section 14-18.
