§ 14-24. Same—Fee.

Each applicant for a permit under the article who resides in the city and furnishes local references shall be charged a fee of five dollars ($5.00) and one dollar ($1.00) for each duplicate permit issued. Each such applicant who resides outside of the city shall be charged an investigation fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
