§ 14-46. Definitions.

Sexually oriented business means an adult arcade, adult bookstore, adult video store, adult cabaret, adult motel, adult motion picture theater, or adult theater.

Adult means a commercial establishment that has as one (1) of its principle business purposes the offering for sale, rental or viewing (either privately or publicly) materials including printed material, photographs, videotapes, films, cassettes, video reproductions, slides, video representations or any other matter or medium that display or depict "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" as follows:

Specified sexual activities means and includes the fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic region, buttocks, anus, or female breasts; sex acts, normal or perverted, actual or simulated, including intercourse, oral copulation, or sodomy; masturbation, actual or simulated; or excretory functions as part of or in connections with any of the foregoing named activities.

Specified anatomical areas means and includes: any human genitals, pubic region, or public hair, any buttock, any portion of the female breast or breasts that is situated below a point immediately above the top of the areola, or the human male genitals in a discernibly erect state, even if completely and opaquely covered.
