§ 15-3. Obedience to police and fire department officials.

(a)

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer or fire department official invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic.

(b)

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction to stop and yield to pedestrians given by any school crossing guard while in the performance of his duties in a designated school crossing zone.
