§ 15-4. Application of chapter—To governmental vehicles.

The provisions of this chapter applicable to drivers of vehicles shall apply to the driver of all vehicles owned or operated by the United States government, this state, county, or any political subdivision of this state, subject to such specific exceptions as are set forth in this chapter with reference to authorized emergency vehicles.
