§ 15-6. Same—To pushcarts, persons riding animals or driving animal-drawn vehicles.

Every person propelling any pushcart or riding an animal upon a roadway, every person driving an animal-drawn vehicle shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions in this chapter which by their very nature can have no application.
