§ 15-8. Abatement of traffic hazards in the form of trees, hedges, shrubbery and the like.

The traffic engineer of the city will cause the abatement of traffic hazards in the form of trees, hedges, shrubbery and the like, which interferes with the vision of vehicle drivers; prescribing the method for removing such hazards; prescribing that notice be given to the adjoining property owners; and declaring an emergency.
