§ 15-198. Obedience to railroad signals.

No pedestrian shall pass through, around, over, or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while such gate or barrier is closed or is being closed or opened, or while any other signal prohibiting crossing, or in the event a brakeman is used, while such brakeman has indicated that there shall be no crossing.
