§ 15-274. Public safety and city personnel exempt.

Public safety and City of Henrietta personnel are exempt from the requirements of this article and may operate a golf cart/utility vehicle or other slow moving vehicle on any public street, parking areas and traffic ways when the golf cart/utility vehicle or other slow moving vehicle is used in the performance of his/her duties.
