§ 17-6. Use of excessive force prohibited.

The City of Henrietta hereby adopts the policy prohibiting the used of excessive force by its local police department against any person or persons engaged in nonviolent civil rights demonstrations provided such demonstrations will not impede the ability of the employees and its clients of such facility or location where such demonstration is occurring to perform their job or to obtain service.

The city hereby prohibits the physical barring of any entrance or exit of any facility or location which is the subject of a nonviolent civil rights demonstration.
