§ 18-2. Applicability of chapter.

Latest version.

All wells existing within the corporate limits of the city, as of April 6, 1982, are covered immediately by this chapter. All wells brought within the corporate limits of the city by future annexation of territory to the city shall be covered by this chapter immediately upon such annexation.
