§ 18-9. Enforcement.

This chapter may be enforced by injunction, cancellation of the permit of the operator to continue drilling, or in any other legal manner in a court of competent jurisdiction. All expenses incurred for the enforcement of this provision shall be recoverable by the city from the party guilty of the violation. Such amounts may be recovered by appropriate foreclosure and levying on the bond set forth in section 18-29 of this chapter.
