§ 20-17. Definitions.

As used in this division, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated in this section:

Brush: Tree trimmings, weeds, large hedge trimmings and trees not to exceed three (3) inches in diameter, and cut in lengths not to exceed six (6) feet.

Garbage: Rubbish, trash, kitchen and household waste, ashes, paper, food containers, small hedge and lawn trimmings.
