§ 20-33. Rules and regulations.

The following rules and regulations pertain to the use of the Convenience Center:

(1)

The Convenience Center shall be open during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month; except as otherwise established by the city council from time to time.

(2)

Only brush/wood (excluding building materials) will be accepted and placed in the area designated to receive such items; except as otherwise established by the city council from time to time.

(3)

No roll-off containers will be available to the public for disposal services; except as otherwise established by the city council from time to time.

(4)

Rates as follows: Ten dollars ($10.00) per eight-foot pick-up bed/trailer and two dollars ($2.00) per foot thereafter.
