§ 20-49. Sanitation rates.

(a)

That the monthly sanitation rates to be charged and collected by the City of Henrietta shall be as follows:

(1)

Residential: The City of Henrietta shall charge an additional three dollars ($3.00) per month per customer account on all residential accounts as such residential rates are approved by the city council.

(2)

Multifamily residential units: Multifamily residential units are defined as apartments, condominiums or other residential (garbage) rates for multifamily residential units shall be charged an additional three dollars ($3.00) for the first unit and the regular residential rate for each additional residential unit as such residential rates are approved by the city council.

(3)

Commercial: The City of Henrietta shall charge an additional three dollars ($3.00) per customer account per month on all commercial accounts as such commercial rates are approved by the city council.
