§ 20-55. Billing.

Latest version.

Monthly billings for sanitation services shall be made, and as part of, the water system billings, and payment for water service shall not be without payment of sewer and sanitation services due. Nonpayment of either service shall result in discontinuation of all services. No free water or sewer service shall be permitted. The waterworks and sewer system shall be operated on a fully metered basis.
