§ 20-57. Rate schedules/charges for collection and disposal of garbage and refuse.

Charges to be rendered by the service provider are as follows:

The number, type, and capacity of commercial containers will be installed on a need basis and negotiated with the service provider. Commercial customers may be charged on a shared basis according to their needs and within the commercial rates listed in this agreement. The service provider shall provide the city with rates established for each commercial customer.
