§ 20-72. Sanitary landfill rates.

Residential; inside city limits. Any residentially metered water customer paying both water and sanitation fees living within the corporate limits of the city may haul and deposit his or her own garbage or waste material from a private residence or residences or unimproved lots, located within the city limits, to the landfill, at [the following rate:]
Rates as follows: $10.00 per eight-foot pick-up bed/trailer and $2.00 per foot thereafter.
