§ 20-116. When required.

All owners or occupants of buildings or agents for owners covered by section 20-97 of this article who are unable to obtain a sewerage connection as required in such section are hereby required to install, maintain, operate and keep in working condition, in lieu of such sewerage connections, septic tanks within the City of Henrietta, Texas, or where water furnished by the city is used, which septic tanks shall be installed and operated to meet the standards set forth in this division.
