§ 20-121. Penalty.

Every person who omits or refuses to comply with or who resists or wilfully violates any of the provisions of this division, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-7 of this Code of Ordinances.
