§ 20-137. Extension of service outside city restricted.

Latest version.

(a)

No new water customers will be added outside the city limits without the written permission of the city council.

(b)

No waterline extensions will be made outside the city limits without the written permission of the city council.

(c)

Any person or persons who willfully violate this section shall be subject to prosecution by law.
