§ 20-157. Location of point of delivery or collection.

(a)

The point of delivery for the city's water shall be on the customer's side of the city water meter.

(b)

For wastewater the point of collection shall be the maintap. The maintap and "in" shall be the customers responsibility. The maintap or lateral line is for the customer to maintain in good working order, even if the tap or line is located in the street or other locations.

(c)

Any change from city designated point of delivery of wastewater collection shall be subject to payment by customer based on any costs to reach the new designated point.
