§ 20-170. Customer discontinues services.

(a)

Customer shall notify city of the date customer desires to discontinue the services and customer shall not be held responsible for service after such date unless customer continues to use service or the terms and conditions of an existing agreement for service have not been met.

(b)

City shall not be obligated, after discontinuance, to again provide services to customer at the same service location unless customer reapplies for and city agrees to provide services.
