§ 22-10. Spitting on sidewalk or public places prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to spit or expectorate upon any public sidewalk within the limits of the city, or to spit or expectorate in any post office, city hall, courthouse or other public building with in the limits of the city. The floor or walls of any public conveyance within the city.
