§ 22-5. Storage of material, equipment, etc., on streets, sidewalks and alleys prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store or cause to be stored any building material, equipment, tools, vending machines, popcorn poppers, goods, wares or merchandise of any kind or character upon any street, alley or sidewalk within the city, without the consent of the city council.
