§ 23-5. Signs.

  • (a)

    Streets. Within the corporate limits of the city, street name signs will be furnished and installed by the subdivider at each intersection. In subdivisions lying beyond the corporate limits of the city, street name signs shall be placed by the subdivider at all intersections within or abutting the subdivision. Such signs shall be of a type approved by the city and shall be installed in accordance with the standards of the city.

    (b)

    Traffic. Stop signs and any other traffic signs that are designated as necessary by the council will be furnished and installed by the subdivider. Such signs shall be of a type approved by the council and will be installed in accordance with the standards of the city.
