§ 23-9. Enforcement.

Any subdivision of land being developed in violation of the terms and provisions of the regulations of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and the appropriate officers of the city are hereby authorized to institute any action which may be necessary to restrain or abate such violations.
