§ 2-1. Wards established.

The city will continue to be divided in two (2) wards to be known as Ward I and Ward II. Ward No. I shall constitute all that part of the city east of Henrietta Street beginning on the north boundary of the city along the center of Henrietta Street, thence south to the southernmost boundary of the city. Ward No. II shall constitute all the part of the city west of the center of Henrietta Street beginning on the north boundary line of the city, thence south along the center of Henrietta Street to the south boundary of the city.
