§ 2-67. Duties as treasurer.

The person holding the office of city secretary shall be ex officio city treasurer, and shall perform all of the duties prescribed in article 1001 of the Revised Civil Statutes, as amended; and duties prescribed in other statutes of the state. The city treasurer shall also perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the city council.
