§ 4-18. Exceptions to article.

(a)

Veterinary hospitals, clinics and the related practices of veterinary medicine shall be excepted from the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Stock shows, pet fairs, pet shows, humane societies, slaughter houses, auction pens, rodeo arenas, riding stables, circuses, public zoos, governmental agencies, laboratories, and research facilities approved by the health officer are excepted from the provisions of this chapter.

(c)

Undeveloped areas within the corporate limits of the city are excepted from the provisions of this chapter.
