§ 4-45. Limit of number of dogs.

Latest version.

No person who resides on a lot having less than two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet in area, or in an apartment, condominium, duplex or other attached dwelling, shall possess, keep or harbor more than six (6) dogs of the age of six (6) months or over at such premises.
