§ 4-47. Abandonment prohibited; release.

No person having custody of any animal, fowl or livestock, as owner or otherwise, shall abandon such. No person having custody of any wildlife, shall abandon such. No person having custody of any wildlife, shall abandon or release such wildlife that is incapable of surviving on its own in the environment into which it is so released.
