§ 5-106. Same—May request reports of other departments.

Whenever in the course of any proceedings taken under this article, the board shall have cause to request additional information, the same by request of the fire department, or the water and sewer department, or the health department, or any other agencies charged by law with enforcement of health or safety requirements of local or state law.
