§ 7-73. Right of entry; badge.

  • (a)

    Right of entry. The electrical inspector shall, when in the performance of his duties, and as far an may be necessary for the performance of his duties, have the right to enter any consumer's premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of making tests or inspections of the electrical wiring appliances or equipment contained therein.

    (b)

    Badge. When on duty, the electrical inspector shall wear a badge furnished by the city to indicate his identity.
