§ 7-75. Records; funds.

  • (a)

    Required records. The electrical inspector shall keep, or cause to be kept, a written record of all the following which are required to be issued or performed under the provision of this chapter:

    (1)

    Permits;

    (2)

    Licenses;

    (3)

    Inspections;

    (4)

    Condemnations;

    (5)

    Disconnections of electrical installations resulting from condemnations.

    (b)

    Money received. All fees and payments received by the office of the electrical inspector will be deposited daily with the director of finance and deposited to the account of the general fund.
