§ 7-91. Fees established.

(a)

New residential construction. (Reserved)

(b)

The fee schedule for residential renovation and commercial construction shall be as follows:

For issuing each permit ..... $20.00

(c)

The fee schedule for new commercial construction is established as follows:

For issuing each permit ..... $20.00

(d)

Exemptions. The city, the county, the state and the United States of America shall be exempt from the paying of any fee for any electrical permit, but shall be required to obtain a permit.
