§ 7-107. Failure to supervise apprentice; penalty.

Should a master electrician permit an apprentice electrician to perform electrical installation when the apprentice electrician is not under the constant supervision of a master or a journeyman electrician, the master electrician may be deemed liable for the same punishment as the apprentice.
