The board of electrical examiners shall consist of five (5) members selected as follows:
two (2) master electricians, one (1) member who is a general contractor, and two (2)
other members who, in the opinion of the city council, are qualified, through education
and practical experience, to perform the duties of an electrical examiner. The members
of the board shall serve without compensation.
