§ 7-124. Appointment; terms.

(a)

Regular term. The members shall be appointed for two (2) year terms.

(b)

Vacancies. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the city council for any unexpired term.

(c)

Maximum term. No member shall serve or hold office longer than two (2) consecutive full two-year terms.
