§ 7-126. Officers; meetings.

(a)

Officers. The board of electrical examiners shall meet as soon after appointment as possible and select a chairman and a vice-chairman from within its number.

(b)

Meetings. The board shall meet at least once each month. Meeting night will be the third Wednesday of each month; however, this may be changed or postponed by a majority vote of the board, or due to the inability to secure a quorum.

(c)

Electrical inspector as secretary. The electrical inspector shall serve as secretary to the board without compensation and shall keep a complete written record of all proceedings of the board. He shall not have any voting power within the board.
