§ 7-142. Same—Initial fee; time of payment.
(a)
Amount. A successful applicant for an electrician's license shall pay to the secretary the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a master electrician's license and ten dollars ($10.00) for a journeyman electrician's license as the first year's license fee.
(b)
Time of payment mandatory. The fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or ten dollars ($10.00) must be paid at the time application is made. The payment will be refunded if the examination is failed.
