§ 7-148. Same—Experience record; effect of falsification.

  • (a)

    Experience record. The applicant for an electrician's license must furnish the secretary conclusive proof of at least five (5) years' experience giving dates and location in the business as a master electrician, journeyman electrician or a combination of the two (2) or the equivalent thereof to the satisfaction of the secretary.

    (b)

    Effect of falsification. Falsification of an experience record shall be justification for the board's refusal to grade an examination paper or to cancel a license. If a license is cancelled due to the falsification of an experience record, no refund of any portion of the license fee shall be made.
