§ 8-39. Drought response stages.

The city administrator, or his/her designee, shall monitor the water supply and/or demand conditions and, in accordance with the triggering criteria set forth in section 8-38, shall determine when a mild, moderate, severe, critical, or emergency condition exists and shall implement one of the following actions providing notice in accordance with the provisions of section 8-38.
