§ 8-41. Enforcement.

All violations of Phases 2 through 5 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each and every day of any violation shall constitute a separate offense in accordance with subsection 1-7(a) and (b) of the Code of Ordinances of Henrietta, Texas.
