Licensed child/adult day care/foster home less than seven (7) children ..... 75.00

Licensed nursing home/assisted living or board and care facility/school/educational/head start/foster home with seven (7) or more ..... 100.00

Apartment bldg./hotel/motel/lodging/rooming home/business ..... 150.00

Industrial or storage facility/city or county jail, prison and hospital ..... 200.00

Other building with 50,000 sq. ft. or larger ..... 300.00

**Such fees are to be paid by the party securing the permit at the time the application for the permit is made.**
