§ 14-18. Permit board—Establishment, composition and general duties.

There is hereby established the corporation permit board of the city, the official name of which shall be "The Corporation Permit Board of the City of Henrietta." The permit board shall be composed of the county deputy sheriff and the city secretary. The permit board shall perform all duties incumbent upon it under the terms of this article.
