§ 14-23. Same—Application consideration by permit board.

Upon the filing of an application for a permit under this article, it shall be the duty of the city secretary to retain the application. The permit board shall meet to consider all applications within two (2) hours of application. All applications filed with the city secretary prior to the preceding Wednesday shall be considered by the permit board on the next succeeding Monday.
