§ 15-228. Parking prohibited on narrow streets.

The city traffic engineer is hereby authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon any street when the width of the roadway does not extend twenty (20) feet, or upon the side of the street as indicated by such signs when the width of the roadway does not exceed thirty (30) feet.
