§ 20-22. Same—From business establishments.

Any business establishment desiring to place garbage for collection shall place the container or containers on or near the curbline in front of such place of business, or in an alleyway adjacent to such place of business, in such manner and at such time as shall be prescribed by the department of sanitation of the city. All boxes and cartons must be broken down and bundled, and no bundle shall exceed seventy-five (75) pounds in weight. Immediately after the garbage has been removed by the collector, the owner of the container or containers shall remove them from the curbline or alleyway to a place within the business establishment until the next regularly scheduled time for the collection of the garbage.
